  I can't see a design that matches what I'm looking for. Can you create a new design for me?  
Yes! The designs shown on the website are, of course, all available for you to order in the colours shown or in the colours of your choice. However, we want to help make your day personal to you, and so will design Handmade Wedding Stationery just how you want it, whether it is based on our existing designs or something completely different.  
  How long does it take to make my Handmade Wedding Stationery?  
As each item is individually made, the answer to this question very much depends on the size of the order and our current workload. However we normally ask for a minimum of four weeks which would allow us to cater for most weddings. If you're in a rush, don't despair - contact us - because we will do all we can to try and help you out. Please note that certain products particularly some types of Wedding Favour may have a longer delivery time but please enquire as again we may still be able to help.  
  I'm ordering a lot of Handmade Wedding Stationery. Will it all arrive at once?  
That is entirely up to you. If you want us to deliver everything to you, as soon as it is all ready, we are quite happy to do so. You may prefer however to receive your invitations at first, then menus and orders of service nearer to the day itself, so you don't have to store them all for several months. This also allows us to stagger production of your stationery (meaning we can get the first part of your order out to you much quicker), and you can stagger your payments too!  
  I've got a lot of invitations to send out, and that's a lot of envelopes to write! Is there an easier way?  
There certainly is. If you provide us with a list of your guest names and their addresses, we can add names to the inside of cards and addresses to envelopes, add a stamp and post each one for you. There is a small additional charge for this service, including the cost of postage, but you save in delivery costs to get the invitations sent to you, and have more time to spend on the planning of your big day!  
  Do you have a minimum order size?  
No, we will cater for the smallest of events.  
  How can I pay?
